The way men and women interact has been one of the most studied phenomenon worldwide.   Pop-culture books like "Men are from Mars, women are from Venus" have been written as attempt to explain the way the genders react differently within a relationship. Movies and popular TV shows poke fun at the awkward interactions which occur between the genders. But, perhaps the most focused on of human emotion is jealousy. Jealousy occurs at the root of almost all emotional relationship, from love to hate. It has spurned almost every reaction, from war to murder to compliance. But, where does this emotion come from? Do the genders experience jealousy in the same manner? Research has indicated that perhaps there is a differentiation between the way that men and women experience jealousy, and that this difference comes from something much deeper than plain human emotion.
